Our Public-Private Partnership is by no means a substitute for state or national reform. But we are improving access to health care services for vulnerable people, improving health outcomes and reducing costs in the long run.
Our Public-Private Partnership is an incubator for testing and evaluating local solutions to the health care problems we are facing in our country.
